Apply, get invited, and program official editorial playlists assigned to you on Listen.

Who this is for

Playlist curators program official editorial playlists and features that surface on Rythora Listen. This is an invite / application role on Rythora Create — not the same as hosting a podcast or mixing as a DJ.

How you get access

  1. Open /apply/curator and submit the application (no account required).
  2. Create your Rythora Create account with the same email.
  3. Staff review. You may be invited by email; accept the invite to activate playlist_curator.
  4. After activation, Curation appears in the Create nav.

Create signup alone does not grant curator access.

Step by step after approval

  1. Open Curation (/hosting/curation).
  2. Review playlists assigned to you (title, Listen slug, programming status).
  3. Program tracks and keep editorial standards consistent with your application.
  4. Coordinate Listen features with Rythora staff when playlists are promoted editorially.

If your role is active but no playlists appear, staff have not assigned any yet.

Boundaries

  • You only see playlists where you are curator_id.
  • Music distribution, release upload, and Label tools stay on Workstation — not on Create curation.
  • DJ crates and live mixes are a different role (dj).
