Changing legal name or payout details

Legal name and taxpayer information are locked after verification to protect your earnings. To change them, open Account and submit a change request with the new value and reason. Our finance team reviews requests within two business days and will contact you if documentation is needed.

To update bank payout details, open Earnings and complete or replace your Airwallex beneficiary setup. Contact support if you cannot update the form yourself.
