Airwallex payout setup

Rythora uses Airwallex for artist tax onboarding and royalty payouts.

What changed

Payout onboarding previously used Stripe Connect. That flow is retired. You now complete:

1. Tax via the Airwallex embedded tax form in Distribution setup → Tax
2. Bank payout details via the Airwallex beneficiary form on Earnings

After setup

• Eligible balances above the payout threshold can be withdrawn from Earnings
• Payouts are sent to the bank details you confirmed with Airwallex
• You may be prompted on login if tax or payout setup is still incomplete

Need help?

If the Airwallex form fails to load, try another browser, disable blockers for the Workstation domain, and contact support with a screenshot if it still fails.
