Delivery Report and store status
How to read Live, Pending and Error states after approval.

Where to look
Open any release in Workstation and open the Delivery Report. You will see each selected store plus Rythora Listen.
Common statuses
- Pending / Queued, packaged or waiting for the store to ingest
- Live, the store confirmed the release is available
- Error / Failed, something blocked ingestion; open the row for detail or contact support with the UPC
After you go live
Profile claiming on Spotify or Apple Music usually starts only after the release shows Live on that store. Listen artist pages update when Listen delivery completes.
